By combining trusted local businesses and their unique

identity and culture with the resources of a larger platform,

we’re merging the best of both worlds to create a unique

community of passionate owners, operators, and teams

that put dogs and their families first.

Most private equity firms weren’t built for small

businesses. We are. Our team operates lean,

moves fast, and puts people first. We know that

growing a business rooted in care—for pets and

people—takes more than spreadsheets. It takes

trust. That’s why our guiding principles are

honesty, flexibility, legacy preservation, and

long-term thinking.
